Jenn & Guy - gorgeous Exmouth sunset beach wedding

You remember Jenn & Guy from the sneak peek earlier this month and now it's time to share some more images from their very intimate wedding on the beach in front of the Novotel Ningaloo. They took their vows in front of two close friends and their sweet daughter as humpback whales played in Exmouth Gulf. You can't get a cooler location than this!

We had the cutest video camera helper ever

The sunlight was bright and rosy-gold during most of the ceremony. They couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day

Jenn was stunning

And they are so in love - they sneaked special little glances at each other the whole time

They both had new wedding shoes - perfect for a beach wedding

Their friend was very careful with the rings he'd be entrusted with

After the ceremony they uncorked some sparkling cider to toast with before we headed off to take advantage of low tide and the stunning & fast-changing evening colours

The temperature did start to drop as soon as the sun started to dip, so we hurried to capture as much as we could before Jenn froze. We still had enough time for lots of fun, though! Guy didn't think it was fair that only the girl got to have a kiss that pointed toes!

I loved how fast the whole beach changed colour as we headed further into sundown

I can't wait to meet your new addition! Thank you for having me be a part of your day and I wish you all the best in the future!

Congratulations, Jenn & Guy!

NEWS - 15 second version of wedding tv ad Novotel Ningaloo

OK, I've had to upload it to Photobucket so hopefully this works (I expect it will be a little jaggedy, as I find a better solution, I'll update the video!) .  Here is the 15 second version of the new GWN tv ad featuring my wedding photos for the Novotel Ningaloo.  There is a 30 second version and I'll share it as soon as I have it!

NEWS - new Novotel Ningaloo ad on GWN

Go watch TV!

The new television ad for the Novotel Ningaloo is now airing on GWN and everyone is raving about it already.  My wedding photography is the main feature of this ad and I'm so excited!

I haven't seen the ad yet as I haven't flicked the tv on much at all over the last few days but I'll be keeping an eye out. I'm also trying to get a copy or a link or something so I can share this awesomeness with those of you who don't get GWN!

Yay, me!

btw the link is to the Novotel, not to the ad...I'll link that when I have one!

Sneak peek - Rhianna & Aaron's wedding album

Rhianna & Aaron tied the knot back in April in a stunning ceremony overlooking the Cape Ranges & Exmouth Gulf. I have finished creating their amazing 56 page wedding album proof and just wanted to share a few teaser pages.

Baby Jacob - Newborn Session 21 days old

Noni was my first winner from my recent Newborn Photo Session contest and we set up the shoot for cutie Jacob just after they returned from Perth.  He was wide awake for pretty much the whole time but you could see he really did want to snooze - but he didn't want to miss out on anything, either!  I've never seen such a young bub be so interesting in his environment - it was wonderful...except that he was very grumpy whenever we'd try to move him or remove his pacifier!  Didn't matter, he was just so cute we still got a ton of shots that make us smile.

The Thinker

World's Quickest Nap Part I

Cheeky boy

World's Quickest Nap Part II

A little grump without his binkie - some mom loving helped, but ultimately, it was the binkie FTW

So very cute!

We'll be doing a Family Portrait Session in the next little while and I can't wait. Noni's sure that Jacob will sleep through the whole thing since that's what he was meant to do for this one.

Thank you MCP Actions - I won!

One of my daily stops is Jodi's fantastic MCP Actions Blog  She is super generous with her time and secrets and also has fantastic guest bloggers who share their tips, tricks and ideas joyfully.  Not only is it an awesome source of information, everyone who stops there is friendly and helpful.

Jodi also runs contests regularly. Which is why I'm posting this today. I WON!!

I never win anything. So I'm very happy!

This contest was about Stand Out Mount Prints from Color Inc and it was one of those easy ones - all you had to do was leave a comment and Jodi's twins picked some numbers. Which likely explains how I won, a random glitch in the universe.

Thank you Jodi for such a great site and thank you, Twins, for picking 123 - my new lucky number!

And because posts without photos are boring, here's one of my Ridgebacks done with MCP Actions BlogIt Boards (which I love!)

Sneak peek - Jen & Guy's Exmouth Wedding

On Saturday I had the great pleasure of shooting one of the nicest couples ever - Guy & Jen. They got married on the beach in front of the Novotel in Exmouth and the late afternoon was just perfect. I wanted to pop up a quick teaser to whet your appetites!

More coming soon...
